Over eight years and evolving incarnations Worcestershire/Gloucestershire-based Roving Crows have cultivated an arresting, singular sound that pushes the boundaries of Celtic folk rock all the way.

The award-winning four-piece released their third full album, Bury Me Naked, on the 8th April 2017, launching with a gig at Gloucester Guildhall.

Vital and vibrant they are a must-see live act, weaving frontman Paul O’Neill’s intriguing lyrics with Caitlin Barrett's fiery fiddle playing and a percussive mix of pounding, tribal and electronica infused grooves set opposite more dreamy, hypnotic material.

While O’Neill plays electric and acoustic guitars, Loz Shaw multi tasks across bass, keyboards, guitars and clarinet, Tim Downes-Hall provides a varied assortment of hand percussion, all underpinned by Caitlin Barrett’s brilliantly swirling, insistent fiddle.

They have wowed festival audiences from Cambridge and Trowbridge to Cheltenham Jazz Festival. Band of the Year in the 2014 FATEA Music Awards and Best Live Act in the Spiral Awards in the same year, they were also winners of the 2017 Australian Celtic Music Awards (International Artist of the Year category), adding to their previous accolades in the Irish Music Association Awards for Top Celtic Rock Band and Top Fiddle Player.
